Testimonials
Here’s what some of our clients had to say.
“I took part in the yoga, walking and swimming guided event. Heidi and Lou are extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and fun. I travelled up from London and it was so worth it. Thank you for an inspiring day and I highly recommend it. I will definitely be signing up again.”

Yoga, Swimming & Hiking day
I am a regular swimmer, however I felt I was stuck at a swim pace that I couldn’t improve on, despite watching loads of YouTube videos! I found Heidi through a friend and had a coaching session which was extremely helpful. I can now regularly and significantly improve on my previous times for 10 and 20 lengths without actually pushing any harder. This is a greater improvement from one coaching session than a year of my own ‘training’.

“I found the Intro to Swimrun session I attended really informative. It covered kit, preparation, safety, techniques and what to expect on race day. The solo and pairs swim coaching was helpful, building confidence before putting it all together. Heidi is very knowledgeable and supportive. I now feel inspired to enter my first swimrun event!”
